James holds a bachelor’s degree in physician assistant studies from Idaho State University. He has more than 13 years of experience. James evaluates new patients along with Dr. Marano, assists Dr. Marano in surgery and sees patients for follow-up office visits after surgery, which allows for continuity of care.
Marilyn has worked with Dr. Marano for more than 19 years in various roles – from nurse to office manager. Marilyn enjoys patient interaction and feels that she now can improve the patient experience by working “behind the scenes.” Marilyn focuses on patients with compassion and confidence so they trust they’re in capable hands and will receive excellent care.
Melissa has been working in the medical field for more than 11 years. She strives to make each patient’s office experience more pleasant by being attentive to his or her concerns. She believes a cordial greeting and friendly conversation can ease a patient’s stress when coming to see a doctor.
Stacy – Radiological Technologist
Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boise State University specializing in Radiological Sciences/Computed Tomography. She has over 10 years experience in her field and is committed to providing quality X-rays for each patient. In addition to her education and experience, she enjoys the opportunity to help create a positive patient experience during their journey toward a healthier and happier future.
Carrie – Administrative Assistant
Carrie has worked in the medical field for over 25 years and has always enjoyed the fulfillment that comes from being able to help others. She was born in San Francisco, Ca. and began as a nursing assistant, working in several areas as a CNA at Stanford University Medical Center. Carrie graduated with her Certificate in Medical Assisting at The Bryman Institute in San Jose California. She also worked in the Intensive Care Unit at Stanford, and went on to work in the Trauma Department as the County Registrar . Since moving to Idaho in 2001, Carrie has had the opportunity to work in the medical, dental and chiropractic fields.
Julia – Administrative Assistant
Julia was born in Northern California, and has lived in California, Utah, and Idaho. She loves the Idaho Falls area, and moved to Idaho Falls in 1989. She has worked in the medical field for 25 years with children, the elderly, and professionals. She has 2 children and 5 grandchildren, and loves being a wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoys working with and helping others, and endeavors to facilitate a positive office experience for her patients and co-workers. Her goal is to make someone smile every day!
